The house was beautiful with plenty of room. The pictures don't do it justice. Everything we needed was right there, including everything for our lobster boil! We were there end of season, the beach is very close and lots of sand at low tide. We had a wonderful time and will surely go back.

A beautiful, spacious house, perfect for a large family group. The upper deck, the dining patio, and the fireplace patio provided plenty of spaces for groups to relax and enjoy each other with the sounds of the sea in the background. The spacious third floor provided a great place for the "younger" kids to gather, watch TV, and play games. The dining room and kitchen accommodated our large group nicely. Pine Point Beach is a great beach for kids, lots of sand at low tide, and rolling waves for body surfing. Our favorite family game is "beach bocci". You'll have a great vacation here.

The listing description was accurate, except we didn't expect quite as much construction to be going on around us. The house had plenty of room for 10 of us. It was brand new, there were minor problems with curtain rod in the Master Bedroom falling when trying to open or close the curtains, the garage doors would not open remotely if closed all the way, and there was a problem with one of the outside faucets. The path to the beach could be a little bit of a challenge for an older person or someone with balance problems.
The owner provided good customer service.
I would recommend this property to a friend wanting to take a family vacation, or close friends with lots of kids. It is an ideal place to use as a base to visit places of interest for different ages.

Imagine waking up to the sounds of waves ...

The home is very well appointed. Decorated very nicely and the owners thought of everything. Imagine waking up to the sounds of the waves on the beach, grabbing a cup of coffee and heading out for a morning stroll. Then retuning home to make breakfast(or pic up muffins from the corner store/bakery) in a kitchen that has ocean views!!!. We were lucky enough to see a beach wedding while sitting on the upstairs deck!! The outside fireplace was a source of sharing stories with old friends and family as well. There is plenty of space for your family to spread out and also enough for visitors to come and share in the experience. The home is equipped with kayaks,a canoe ,yard games and a bike as well as beach chairs and towels so all that you need is your family,friends and your suitcases and you are ready to go!!
