40th anniversary celebration

Our family gathered to celebrate my Parents' 40th wedding anniversary and this spot on Claudia Way was perfect for us! We were comfortable in the spacious home that gave us room to spread out and accomodate all the sleeping needs of the babies and children. We appreciated and enjoyed the decorative features that make this home that much more beautiful than the typical beach rental house. We spent each night as adults out on the patio enjoying the sunsets, fire and starry nights complete with full moon shining off the ocean. The proximity to the beach was great and the pine point beaches were absolutely beautiful especially at low tide. Beautiful sands and waves that were fun enough for the guys but not too overwhelming for our young body boarders. Thanks for a lovely stay and hope to be back again...

Family Reunion Vacation House

We gathered here for a family reunion. Our parents, 3 families with young and older children were able to stay together for a long weekend. Two of the bedrooms were large enough for families with young children to share a room, lots of closets for storage of luggage or hide and seek. The kitchen had lots of room for multiple cooks and you gotta love a place with a wine fridge. The dining room seated our entire family comfortably for our evening meals (or plenty of room at breakfast for coffee and laptops galore). The living room was relaxing and had space for the kids to play board games. So close to the beach! We all had a wonderful time and hope to come back sometime.

So Comfortable

The house was beautiful with plenty of room. The pictures don't do it justice. Everything we needed was right there, including everything for our lobster boil! We were there end of season, the beach is very close and lots of sand at low tide. We had a wonderful time and will surely go back.

Great place

A beautiful, spacious house, perfect for a large family group. The upper deck, the dining patio, and the fireplace patio provided plenty of spaces for groups to relax and enjoy each other with the sounds of the sea in the background. The spacious third floor provided a great place for the "younger" kids to gather, watch TV, and play games. The dining room and kitchen accommodated our large group nicely. Pine Point Beach is a great beach for kids, lots of sand at low tide, and rolling waves for body surfing. Our favorite family game is "beach bocci". You'll have a great vacation here.

Extended Family Vacation

The listing description was accurate, except we didn't expect quite as much construction to be going on around us. The house had plenty of room for 10 of us. It was brand new, there were minor problems with curtain rod in the Master Bedroom falling when trying to open or close the curtains, the garage doors would not open remotely if closed all the way, and there was a problem with one of the outside faucets. The path to the beach could be a little bit of a challenge for an older person or someone with balance problems.
The owner provided good customer service.
I would recommend this property to a friend wanting to take a family vacation, or close friends with lots of kids. It is an ideal place to use as a base to visit places of interest for different ages.
