The house is set in the hills above Isabella Secunda and Bravos de Boston with gorgeous views over the caribbean to Culebra and the mountains of the Main Island. Cool breezes over the terraces make it comfortable and relaxing. A 30' pool looks out to the sea. The balcony apartment has three bedrooms with 3 queens and two baths.If you need an extra bedroom you may add the pool side room with its own bathroom. If you need even more space you can also rent the terrace apartment which has two bedrooms with 2 doubles . It has a seperate kithcen and living area. You may also just rent the smaller terrace apartment which will sleep four. House has internet,dish TV,washer dryer,dishwasher upstairs, two complete kitchens upstairs and down, two gas grills, ceiling fans in every room. Please take 10% off the listed prices. The owners are giving a special bargain in these tough times.

High season with 10% off is $3150 for whole house, balcony $1530., terrace $990, balcony and terrace, $2520 Low season with10% off entire house is $2520. Balcony $1080, terrace $720, balcony and terrace $1800

    Assured complete privacy if you rent only one unit unless the quiet owners are there.
  • 10% off listed prices: The Balcony and Terrace combined is 2,800/week.

    For the low season, the Balcony and Terrace combined is 2000/week.
