Outdoor dining table and chairs on dock to enjoy your first cup of coffee to watching beautiful sunsets at dinnertime. Minutes out to Gulf via Delnor Wiggins Pass. Walking distance to beach, Delnoor Wiggins State Park, shopping, restaurants and more. Home has 3 bedrooms. Master has king bed and private bath that walks out to pool area. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Pull out sleeper sofa in living room. Each bedroom has own TV with DVD or VCR player. Lovely quiet street in neighborhood surrounded by canals. Open kitchen, fully stocked with Granite counter tops walks out to pool area.
