Deer Valley Vacation Rental condo

It is rare that one can say that something exceeded our expectations, but our stay at this condominium was truly outstanding. First, the unit was custom decorated by the owners for their own family. Warm touches were evident. The owners obviously spared no expense-to our benefit. Further, they only rent for a few select periods during ski season, so that there is no wear and tear. Accordingly, the unit and furnishings are brand new.

The owners were also wonderful to deal with. They are a very nice family and went out of their way to make sure that every aspect of our stay was first class. They truly love Deer Valley and the surrounding area and wanted our trip to be memorable. It was.

The unit is absolutely gorgeous. The owners installed a 52" flatscreen over the fireplace, which required them to actually expand the fireplace. The other units in the building came with much smaller tv's. Our friends stayed in another unit and we saw the difference-night and day. Further, there is a GREAT surround sound system in the great room, with speakers in the ceilings and fine equipment in the closet. All handled by wireless remote. There were even Blu-ray discs in the unit. Great stuff.

Our master had a 46" flatscreen with dvd and stereo speakers in the ceiling. The two other rooms, occupied by our three kids, each had 32" flatscreens and dvd players. All wireless.

All the bedding is as the owner states-luxurious. The bedrooms are well appointed and have high hat lighting and ceiling fans. It was so great to see a unit that didn't rely on a table lamps in the bedrooms for light. This lighting and the ceiling fans were obviously custom as we visited two other units in the building that had no bedroom lighting or fans.

The kitchen had first class appliances and utensils. The nicest unit we have ever stayed in, anywhere.

The stone deck was also lovely and the floor to ceiling views of the mountains from the great room was wonderful.

The unit is right on the Silver Buck ski run and is truly ski in/out. Really nice ski locker area with boot heaters and great storage for all of our ski stuff. Couldn't think of anything that was not included. Just great.

So, if you are looking for a new and first-class ski in/out condo at Deer Valley, this is it. The snow was great and Deer Valley is our family favorite.
