Take in a deep breathe as you look at the snow covered mountains and a lake off in the distance and gaze at the clear skies and see all the constellation's imaginable. This is truly a skiers paradise. Its been rated as the best ski resort destination in all of America.
In the Spring and Summer time you can find yourself swimming, water skiing, jet skiing and so much more at one of the near by lakes. Go hiking or mountain biking on some of the best trails around. You can even go horseback riding or golfing, right down the road. Ski boats, kayaks, wave runners, and mountain bike rentals are readily available just around the corner.
Ski:
The skiing in the Ogden Valley is legendary and spectacular. Snow Basin is 20 min away. Powder Mountain, which is considered the finest powder skiing in the country is only 10 min away and a free shuttle takes you directly from Moose Hollow to the top of the mountain. Powder Mountain also offers helicopter skiing which many claim was the experience of a life time. Wolf Mountain is also very close, only 5 min away, and offers some fabulous night skiing as well. What you will find at all these resorts are low lift ticket prices, virtually no lines, and simply the best skiing experience possible anywhere in the country. Ski rentals are readily available at the entrance to Moose Hollow or at the Snow Basin Resort.
