Finish in May 2008, This beautiful and luxury 1 bedroom 1.5 baths, non-smoking condominium is located in New Water Resort, Pigeon Forge 37863 atop of hill over looking Pigeon Forge main Parkway hwy. 441 close to the Christmas Place, located in the center of action packed area of the main Parkway. Our 1 bedroom and 1.5 bath luxury condo is spacious (approx. 1,017 sf.) has a fully furnished designer interior featuring ceramic tile, kitchen granite bar, black appliance fully furnished kitchen, granite counter tops in both kitchen and bathrooms, oversized master suite and bathroom with 6 ft. whirlpool hot-tub/Jacuzzis. Each bedroom has a cable TV w/CD and VCR and a large flat screen in the living area and two private patios for you to enjoy. Internet service is also available. The living area has a sleeper sofa, large chairs, and a electric burning fireplace. Dining area has large table that will seat 6 people.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, it was everything that was stated about it, very clean, comfortable and the owner was most pleasant in dealing with, we have a condo in the area but it was booked up but when that happens again we will certanly ask to rent this condo, it has a great view of Mt. Leconte, the glass enclosed shower was very nice as well as the spa tub.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
