Unique solitude on Hwy 30-A in Seagrove Beach. Seagrove Highlands borders Point Washington State Forest and Mira Lake, just a short wald from the Gulf of Mexico. This brand new professionally decorated condo is located on the 3rd floor with a screened porch overlooking beautiful magnolias and the forest below. A great place for breakfast or to curl up with a good book! Fully furnished kitchen and large master bedroom make for all the conveniences of home. A large outdoor closet has beach floats and a rolling cooler for your use. The beach here is beautiful just below 30 foot dunes and warrants the regular reviews stating it is one of the most beautiful in the country. Blue and green waters with the white sand of the this area. Dining in the area covers the gamut from the Donut Hole for breakfast, The Red Bar for music and good food, to Cafe Thirty-A at the end of the street for some of the finest food in the Panhandle.
