This lovely, four bedroom, three and a half bath townhome is centrally located to dining and shopping as well as other entertainment. Walking distance to Silver Sands outlet mall. The townhome is located in popular Miramar Beach and is just minutes from beautiful San Destin resort and Bay Town wharf; a great place for dining and entertainment. Right on the beautiful white sandy beaches with easy access and plenty of room for you and your group. Magnificent gulf views from every room. There is a second story balcony as well as stairs that lead right onto beach. The townhome has new carpet and paint and furnishings. Convenient parking right in front of unit! Can't get better than this!!!! Outdoor shower and beach chairs and floats available!
