Fabulous New Condominium in Blue Heron Beach Resort on Beautiful Lake Bryan with 900 feet of lake frontage. Nine-tenths of a mile from the entrance to Disney World and only three and a half miles to SeaWorld, two and a half miles to Orange County Convention Center, and seven miles to Universal Studios. Could not be more centrally located. Only 9 blocks to DisneyWorld. One bedroom unit with bunk area and queen sleeper sofa that sleeps up to six people with TV's, DVD player, and AM/FM/CD Player. Full Kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, and double sink with disposal. Full-size washer and dryer to make your stay just like at home. Granite countertops throughout and tile floors in main living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. Nine foot ceilings throughout the unit with ceiling fans in the living room and the bedroom. Whirlpool tub in the Master Bath.

Really enjoyed our stay, very relaxing after a cruise. Close to everything. We did have a rented car and found that good, but not necessary.Will return with the grand-kids someday. would definitely recommend this condo.

This was a fantastic place to stay while we vacationed for 7 days in Orlando. As hectic as Orlando streets and highways were, when we got to the room overlooking Lake Bryan, it felt you were away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
I would recommend this condo for any family of 4 if they want to experience Florida with options to do things other than just Disney. My kids (ages 9-12) loved the bunkbeds, and we loved the privacy of a room to ourselves. The washer/dryer was very convenient also!
