Our 2 room apartment has a kitchen and bathroom and is located right at the northern edge of Berlin. It is quiet and central, just 1 km from the overland railway (S Bahn), from which Berlin's center is just 30 minutes.

Superb Location

This is a perfect place for staying in Berlin: within 30 min you are in the city center and at the same time you enjoy the luxury of a real quiet place in a garden city environment. Public transport is excellent.

In the surroundings you can walk or do sports in the nearby forests or go swimming in the many lakes not too far away. Good shopping opportunities provide you with everything you need in the apartment and for everything else Berlin has everything you could think of to buy...

The apartment has anything you need: enough space, good equipment, a nice balcony into a garden etc. etc. as described in the description.

The landlords are a great and very nice couple which helps you in any way whether it is your arrival or departure, well or any challenge you might face in Berlin.

I have stayed now several times in this location and will again do so at my next visits.

Super Zeit in Hohen Neuendorf

Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Vorstellung wie im Internet beschrieben wurde. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir nett und freundlich empfangen und haben die Wohnung in einem sehr ordentlichen Zustand vorgefunden. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren ausreichend. Die Verkehrsverbindung Richtung Berlin waren genau wie beschrieben, einfach genial. Rundherum waren wir sehr zufrieden und können ebenfalls bestätigen, das alles super gelaufen ist. Auch wir können dieses Feriendomizil nur weiterempfehlen.

Herrliche Zeit im Feriendomizil

Die Wohnung entsprach der der Beschreibung und war bei der Übernahme sauber und durchgelüftet. Der Wohnraum mit Küche ist sehr geräumig. Das Schlafzimmer könnte zwar etwas größer sein aber es ist ausreichend. Der Schlafboden, im Spitzboden, ist bedingt durch die geringe Höhe nur für Kinder geeignet. Jedoch hat es meiner kleinen Tochter (10 Jahre), trotz der Wärme im Spitzboden, dort zu schlafen sehr gefallen. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne und somit ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist zum Frühstücken bei Sonnenaufgang bestens geeignet.
Der Vermieter machte auf uns einen netten Eindruck.
Die Wohnung kann ich an Freunde weiter empfehlen bzw. würde ich sie, wenn ich mal wieder in Berlin bin, auch selbst wieder anmieten.
Die Abgabe der Wohnung verlief genauso unkompliziert wie die Übrnahme.
Eine Anbindung durch öffentliche Vekehrsmittel ist gegeben.
Über Freizeitmöglichkeiten am Ort kann ich kein Urteil abgegebn da diese nicht genutzt bzw. nicht gebraucht wurden.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden.
Im Nachbarort kann man gut bürgerlich zu zivilen Preisen Speisen.
Mit Auto haben wir bis in den Tiergarten ca. 1/2 Std. benötigt.
Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Wohnung verlebt.
