Welcome to our 'Vacation' Home away from Home! All of the comforts and amenities but none of the stress! Cumbrian Lakes is a private, quiet, gated community close to Theme Parks, shopping, 'Old Town' and hundreds of restaurants. Many great championship golf courses are nearby. The community has it's own children's play area and walking paths. A spacious great room with extra sitting area, great for relaxing after a day at the Theme Parks or shopping. Walkouts from the great room and first master bedroom to the south facing pool and spa area. Relax and soak up the sun on our loungers or enjoy a meal under the covered lanai.

This was my first experience in florida our stay was for two months from 11 jan 09 to 13 march 09.We found this location was great very easy to find and very close to all activities.Very quiet area the house was very clean,we had the sun all day that was very good for the pool.The owner was very pleasant to deal with.Any of our conserns were dealt with right of way.I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOME TO OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND WE WILL GO BACK.SINCEARLY OMER&JOSEE FROM NEW BRUNSWICK CANADA.THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Wonderful home exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well appointed. All the comforts of home. The villa was very easy to find just 5 minutes off the 192. Great location...quiet and relaxing yet close to theme parks, shopping and dining. The pool/jacuzzi was a big hit and the kids really enjoyed being able to take a dip when ever they wanted while the adults were able to enjoy the jacuzzi. We had an excellent time and the Villa really enhanced out holiday. Definitely recommended

Our family of seven stayed in this home from July 21-28, 2008. We found the home to be exactly as was described on the website. The home was very clean, the pool was crystal-clear, and the location was quiet. From our initial contact, the owners of this home were always prompt to respond to our e-mails and were very pleasant to deal with. This was our first experience in renting a home while vacationing. We loved having our own pool, living room, and bedrooms to relax in. Would we stay at this property again? ABSOLUTELY YES!!!

My sister and I spent a wonderful week in Florida .The house had absolutely everything necessary to make our stay perfect. The beds were comfortable, the linens and bedding so new and luxurious. We found the shopping very easy to find and close by. Disney is only 10 min. away!!! We would highly recommend a stay, we sure plan to do so again. The lanai is a great place to relax, as well as the pool.With the forested area behind the house a breeze was always available and it made the lanai so peaceful and quiet. We hope you enjoy your stay a much as we did.
