The backyard with Gazebo, chairs, BBQ grill is a common area shared by house and cottages. There is an 18 foot Chaparral open bow boat available for charter for trips to Honeymoon Island, Caladesi Island, and even Tarpon Springs.

Linens and towels are provided. After 3 days, we will deliver new towels upon request. Paper goods included.

Our Policies::
There are additional cleaning charges added to your bill if the trash is not put in the Garbage pails, dishes left in sink, very messy cottage, towels or anything missing. This is a beautiful Island home. Noise after 11:00 pm, inviting unregistered guest over without permission, or unacceptable behavior such as public intoxication will result in eviction without refund.
The beach is 300 -400 yards walk just down the block (less than one minute)
Pier 60 with vendors, entertainers, fishing pier, bands and nighttime activities 7 blocks walk,about 10 minutes.
Frenchy's Rockaway Seafood Restaurant and Palm Pavilion outdoor waterfront restaurants 4 blocks walk. Live music at both and directly on the sand.State of the art Olympic size adult pool and children's play pool, showers, lifeguard, recreation center, tennis and basketball, library and boat ramp just across the street and 3 blocks walk (small fee for guests all provided by the City of Clearwater $4.00) Free children's playground and park with bocci courts, rides, BBQ grill just across the street, two block down on Mandalay Ave. Trolley and bus stop just outside next block.
