A quick note: to help you distinguish our vacation home from others in Hermosa Beach. Our vacation home is only 1 house from the sand, with excellent sand and whitewater views from the living room. (One client thanked us for his ability to watch his young children play in the sand from the comfort of our unit's living room.)The property sits on a wide walkstreet. Most condos in Hermosa have a cramped feeling, due to high property values and extensive development. This is one of the few properties in the area that has a tremendous sense of space and GREENERY in all directions. This alone will make a big difference in your vacation. This property is in North Hermosa, which is a more residential and safe area. South Hermosa in comparison has lower property values, many more apartment buildings and less single family homes-- is noisier, with a more mixed demography. This property is perfectly located between the Manhattan and Hermosa Beach Piers.

We had a great time in Hermosa as well as Pasadena. We will certainly recommend you to our friends and hopefully will get another chance ourselves. Thanks again for the immediate attention when you were notified of our problem with the lock box. A vacation ruining experience was avoided by your's and John's quick work.

A delightful spot to watch the ocean and sunsets.

Our group of four adults and one small child stayed at the Beach House in July, 2009. Since this was our first experience renting a beach house, I did a lot of research. After seeing the photos online and getting so much helpful information from the booking agent, we had high expectations. But everything was much, much better than we anticipated! First, the location is fantastic--just a few seconds to the sand. The patio was a delightful spot to relax and watch the ocean and sunsets. There is plenty of room for younger kids to play in the secure, gated patio area, and we all enjoyed the hot tub and bikes. The entire apartment was well stocked, clean and orderly, plus the beds were very comfortable. We're all looking forward to a return visit next summer.
