About this property

A newly remodeled 3-bedroom home in the heart of Lincoln, NE. Midcentury modern accents gives this home a familiar charm. Sleeps up to 10 comfortably. Fully outfitted kitchen for baking or family meals. Beautiful coffee bar stocked with a wide variety of coffees and teas from our favorite local coffee house.

Cleanliness and availability to our guests are our priority. We live in the adjoining duplex, so we're generally immediately available should you need something. You will enjoy a nice, comfortable space with a 4-season sunroom and giant television. Two full-sized bathrooms + one half bath and a washer/dryer stocked with a variety of laundry soaps and dryer sheets.

Located in quiet east central Lincoln, you're just a few minutes drive from pretty much anywhere in town. Close to Holmes Lake, Lancaster County Event center, 10-12 minutes from south Lincoln or Downtown.

Clean and Quiet

We stayed in this VRBO while visiting family in Lincoln, Nebraska. We loved it's central location to our family, grocery stores, and shopping. It was so quiet and everyone had their own space. Erica was super easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this VRBO!

A very nice home away from home

This was our second year in a row to stay in this property for about 2 weeks each time. We can’t say enough praises about both the property and the owner. The property is clean and nicely appointed, check-in/out is hassle free. Owner is extremely responsive to any requests when reached by text or phone call. Overall, very accommodating! We look forward to visiting again next year!

Unique and fun!

We got such a kick out of this fun retro house! It’s hard to say what my kids liked most- the giant bunk room, the candy bowl, or the record player! It was cute, clean, and had plenty of space for our group of 8. The owner lives in the neighborhood and was super prompt checking on us and making sure we had everything we need.

We love this place. It’s spacious, uniquely decorated, and has all the comforts we’d ever need. The host is amazing. We try to snag this rental every time we come to visit.

I'm a photographer and mother of four kids ranging in age from 11 to 21. I've lived in this neighborhood for 17 years and our kids all went/go to the elementary school that is just a block away. I'm brand new to VRBO. I enjoy creating spaces, taking walks in the neighborhood and going on bike rides around Lincoln's great trail system.

Why they chose this property

Our family has lived on this street since 2004. My sister raised her family in this property. It was remodeled after she moved out. She currently lives on the other side of the duplex which I've used as my photo studio since 2004. I live with my family directly across the street. We love this space and when it's not being used by guests, we use it ourselves for friends, family and gatherings.

What makes this property unique

As this is our "family place", you'll have the benefit of being able to ask us for pretty much anything you need. Need an Instant Pot or a few more cookie sheets? No problem, we've got one next door you can borrow! We've recently added a wrap-around back patio space and are working on landscaping and adding more features to the back yard area. The back yard is still "under construction" but the patio area has several spots to sit and enjoy the outdoors or dine outside.
