• For complete monthly bookings from April to October, there is a 15 % discount.For rentals for less than one week, August day prices are charged. Prices are valid for 4 people; each additional person will be charged an additional 10 % extra. More than 5 people are not allowed. Booking for up to 4 people in April same charge as in May. During winter: from 3 months on 770 €, from 4 months on 750 €. Surcharges: Electricity and gas are not included during the winter months. Electricity, per kW/h: 0,26 €. Final cleaning: 85 €. The bed linen, towels are liable to pay the cost, per person / changing 12 €. We have air-conditioning in the sitting room. By using the tenant has to pay for the electricity. This apartment is very nice during wintertime and sunny. Hint: If the lodger doesn't pay 4 weeks after signing the contract, the owner can dispose again of the apartment .The lodger is liable to pay the full rent to the owner. The signed contract must be back within 7 days
• Small animals are allowed, the price is 15 € per month. Departure should be till 10 a. m, arrival not before 6 p. m. Other arrangements are available with the owner. Shortest booking is one week, under one week is the day price 100 €. If you book with one animal, the price for the final cleaning is up about 30 €. From November till April bed linen/towels are included, 95 € for final cleaning in this case.
