This lovely well maintained historic home is located just a very short walk to Bound Brook Beach in North Wellfleet. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms while the little 'Studio guest house' in the back yard offers a 'bedroom' and the 3rd bathroom. The wonderfully peaceful and quiet area will provide you with the rest and relaxation you may be looking for. The interior is unique as you see in the interior photos. It's not you 'Cookie Cutter' style home. The huge yard offers room to throw a ball and for kids to run and play. There are beautiful mature plantings everywhere. A very welcoming home for sure.

Although the property and location of this antique home are unparalled, the home itself was very poorly maintained, extremely dirty, and smelled old and moldy.

Although there was a "professional" management and rental company involved, Wellfleet Real Estate, they were ineffective in bringing the property's condition up to par, and simply concluded that they would not take this rental on for the following year.

Unfortunately, that did not make our stay any better.
