This home was built and furnished with the tenant in mind. It offers lots of living space and a large patio in the back for relaxing or barbecuing. Walk about a mile to the beaches at the Atlantic Ocean or to the ponds of Wellfleet. The Village is located less than a mile from this property as well. Many folks want Cable TV, an enclosed outdoor shower, barbecue grill, TV with VCR and/or DVD player. Well all this and much more are offered here. This home is all on one floor, so if an elderly person, or anyone that may have difficulty with stairs doesn't have to worry about it here.
