The Villa has an observation deck with a spectacular view. The villa is located in a quite residential area, at walking distance to the well known high rise hotels and the wonderful sand beaches of Aruba Noord, close to windsurf and kite surf clubs, ideal for little children. Tierra Del Sol golf course is also close to this property and offers a beautiful 18 hole golfing experience. The property is also close to the Aruba racket club with its various sport facilities.
