This condo is next door to a major water park attraction. The beach is just a short walk away. Large pool and hot tubs. Laundry room on site. Grill area available. As well as the home like clubhouse. Internet connection, Tennis courts. The condo is fully equipped with luxury linens. Iron and board. The master bedroom has a king size bed. And large closet. TV/DVD in the master bedroom. There is a easy to read alarm clock radio. The second bedroom has twin beds. Both are newly decorated and very comfortable with fans in each room. The bathroom has been totally renovated, complete with new shower/tub combo. Soap, shampoo, Body wash provided. Curved shower rod. Hairdryer. Living room has TV/DVD player and is newly decorated for your pleasure. The kitchen Has been renovated with new appliances and all the trimmings. There are items to many to mention. Toaster, electric knife, sharp knifes, crock pot, bakeware, hand mixer, blender, and coffee station to mention a few.

Notes: This third floor condo does have an elevator. Toilet paper and paper towels are initially supplied If you wish to have daily maid service or need babysitting, or information about the area, I do have a wonderful caretaker who I would be more than happy to refer you to. She can also help with provisioning groceries for your visit. Unfortunately, she can not purchase alcoholic beverages for you. I love pets!!! But the condo association only allows one pet. I want all of the family to enjoy their vacation! If there is anything else I can provide to make your stay wonderful...please let me know!
