Great family rental. Huge furnished covered deck to sit back and relax- enjoy sounds of the surf all evening and cool breeze in the afternoon. Bedroom 0ne has 4 single beds, bedroom two has 1 full bed. About 9 homes from beach. Very quiet area of LBI- no traffic and lots of empty beach. Holgate is about a five minute drive from downtown Beachhaven, close enough for kids to ride there bikes. Very nice rental. Light traffic, safe for kids. Corner store-with deli. Outside deck includes new cushioned love seat, 3 oversized chairs, coffee table - grilling area of deck includes 2 lounge chairs 4 seats. Flowers and plants add to this inviting siting area - rain or shine. Cover enclosed outside shower. Beach badges. Gaming system for the kids.Surf fishing. Watch surfing in a.m. and p.m. Bay access small beach for beachcombing & boat watching.
