Located right at the end of the Beverly Hills and the beginning of West Hollywood (between Santa Monica Blvd. and Sunset Blvd), this house is exactly where you should be in Los Angeles! That is, close to the Sunset strip, the shops, the restaurants and the nightlife and just a few minutes away from Beverly Hills! The house which was custom built in 2007-- with its combination of modern architecture and a loft style; with its 30 feet- high ceilings; hickory hard wood floor; cement and Venetian plaster walls; a custom designed kitchen; bathroom; a cabana, an outside pool & jacuzzi- will blow you away!

Just imagine a private backyard, with beautiful landscaping, a cozy open cabana with colorful pillows surrounding it, a fireplace, an aquarium, a pool table... What else could you ask for?

We also offer LifeSource water system that provides a filtered clean bottle-quality water at every faucet!

LIFE SOURCE FILTERED MINERAL WATER: Did you know that you absorb more chlorine in a 10- minute shower than by drinking eight glasses of the same water? Tap water is full of chlorine and chlorine is known to destroy proteins in the body, irritate skin and can cause sinus conditions, aggravate allergies, asthma and respiratory problems.

I've had the pleasure of working and vacating in LA many times but this is by far the best place i've stayed..

Total privacy, heated pool on tap and perfectly spit roasted between Santa monica and Sunset

Excellent Vacation Spot

The house was beautiful and the location is perfect. I was pretty busy during my time in LA and found this to be a great safe haven to rest and relax. In my free time I was able to go out and explore a little, and there is SO much to do within walking distance! I loved having a covered, off street parking space in such a busy city. The place has a lot of great natural lighting and great atmosphere, will definitely be staying here again!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

LOVE THIS PLACE!

I highly recommend this house! The entire place is beautiful and the kitchen is easy to work in and is very well equipped. The large windows throughout the house bring in a lot of natural lighting, absolutely loved the high ceilings! Great place to stay if you want to be in the heart (walking distance) of everything in Los Angeles, but can come home to a relaxed and private atmosphere. Loved the neighborhood and location! Everything was very clean and modern, and the owner was very nice and attentive! Thank you Rafael, we will be back!

Amazing Location

What a find! Beautifully decorated, and all the space we needed. We started with a very warm welcome from Rafi, but then he left us to it, but always knew he was a phone call away. The house and design were very modern and clean, and it was stocked with everything and anything we could have needed! The Cabana and jacuzzi at the back were INCREDIBLE after a long day out. Great space, and very romantic atmosphere. We really enjoyed walking to all the restaurants, shops, museums, and historic venues at the Sunset Strip and Santa Monica Blvd! So much to do around this area, we only regret not having more time!! The whole experience was fantastic and I would certainly return here again.
