You’ve worked hard, now it is time to relax and enjoy the pristine powder beaches, warm Gulf of Mexico waters and beautiful over-water sunsets of Marco Island. This luxury condominium is located directly on the beach in the premier, South Seas condominium complex. South Seas is a gated, 55-acre complex with beautiful tropical gardens, heated pools, tennis courts and boat slips.

This unit is on the 7th floor, so the view of the ocean is spectacular. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, full bath, and flat screen TV w/cable. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a large closet, flat screen TV w/cable and is across from the second full bathroom. The living room and dining rooms are spacious and nicely furnished with a HD LCD flat TV with cable and DVD Player. Each bedroom, as well as the living room, has sliding glass doors that open out onto the large balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances. Wireless internet is available in the lobby.

Marco Island is uniquely located as the largest and one of only a handful of developed islands in the 10,000 islands aquatic preserve in beautiful Southwest Florida. It is surrounded by a very unique ecosystem and home to exceptional wildlife (it’s an official sanctuary for the Bald Eagle) and diverse tropical vegetation. Escape with great deep-sea fishing or fly-fish in the back country of the 10,000 islands. Enjoy a leisurely stroll on soft, powder beach as the sun sets over the Gulf of Mexico. In the evening, you might try one of the islands’ many fine restaurants or drinks and entertainment at one of the island’s tiki-bars on the water.

Climate: The climate of Marco Island is subtropical with a strong marine influence from the Gulf of Mexico. It is blessed with spectacular sunsets and Gulf sea breezes.
