This executive style home is located in the prestigious gated community of Ridgewood Lakes only 10 minutes from Disney and several other championship golf courses including Champions Gate, Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes and, of course, the Disney courses. The home features ceramic tile throughout, high ceilings with ceiling fans, a private outdoor pool and spa area surrounded by a conservation area on two sides for assured privacy. This 2900 square foot home boasts LCD televisions with built in DVD player in each bedroom and 42 inch LCD Sony flat screen and PS3 in the living room. The living room and den feature leather furniture. The main master has a king fourposter bed and the master ensuite contains a jacuzzi tub, two head shower including body jets and his/her sinks. There is free high speed wireless Internet and free long distance calls throughout North America. The community tennis courts and golf club house are only a few minutes walk away.

Disney and Seaworld are within 15 minutes. Universal Studios is within 25. Ridgewood Lakes is a gated golf community. Southern Dunes, Highlands Reserve and Champions Gate are other great golf courses only minutes away. The David Leadbetter school of golf is located at Champions gate. There are a number of day spas in the area including the spa at the Omni Resort at Champions Gate. The beaches of the Gulf coast are only 50 miles away and Coco beach and the space centre are about an hour's drive to the East.

Golf: Ridgewood Lakes is a great golf destination and is ranked as one of the top 30 golf courses in Florida. Special rates are available for residents. Please make enquiries. Southern Dunes, Champions Gate, Highlands Reserve and the Disney courses are only minutes away.

  • Each bedroom is equipped with LCD television, cable and DVD player. The main Master bedroom has garden door access to the Lanai and pool area. It also features his/her closets and large ensuite with Jacuzzi tub and large two head shower with body massage nozzles. It also has his/her vanities. The second master has an adjoining bathroom. The two bedrooms with twin beds share an ensuite bathroom with access from each bedroom.

amazing home to stay in

we are from the uk and stayed in this villa in september of 2009 , it was the best villa we have ever stayed in and we have been 6 years ,it was spacious and the furnishings were outstanding , the pool is a good size so more people can play in the pool , we had a lot of fun relaxing around the pool area , the area is so peaceful too and it is so easy to get to disney from here , we did not use the golf course but anyone who likes to play would be impressed , all in all it was a great vaction and would definatly book again to stay in this villa
