Sunrise Ridge is a new waterfront resort located on warm and sandy Rathtrevor Beach. This large 2 bedroom condo with 12' ceilings is located in the main lodge. It is professionally decorated and comes complete with all you need to make your holiday comfortable. You will be pampered with top-of-the-lines appliances and furnishings including: pillow top mattresses, granite counter tops, in-floor heating, a 32' flat screen TV in the living room, 2 19' flat screen TVs in each of the 2 bedrooms, a cozy electric fireplace and a patio with barbecue. There are 2 full bathrooms; one with an oversized 2 person shower, the other with a large soaker tub. Washer and dryer are in suite. 24 hour front desk staff are available to assist you with any questions or needs. Close to Coombs Market, downtown Parksville, many fabulous golf courses and 1 hour from downhill skiing/snowboarding/mountain biking at Mt. Washington. While the Lodge was completed June 2008, the resort remains under construction.

We truly enjoyed our weekend at Sunrise Ridge Resort. While the entire resort is very impressive, your unit is amazing . We felt incredibly pampered with the quality and attention to detail of the way the suite was presented . There was nothing lacking in the suite from a corkscrew and wine glasses to a hairdryer. We immediately found ourselves relaxed and rejuvenated. We loved the fact that we were only ten minutes walking distance from the beach. For the past fifteen years, we have stayed at a number of different resorts in this area. While we recognize their charm, none can compare to the quality we experienced this past weekend. We look forward to an opportunity to repeat this experience and highly recommend your suite to others.

This is a wonderful, luxurious getaway equipped with
everything you might need. It's only a 15-minute walk
to the beach. There's an outdoor fireplace where you
can meet other guests in a friendly atmosphere.
Can't wait to get back!
