Sit back and relax in this private and tastefully appointed South Coral Gables home. The house has two sets of French doors which lead to a covered patio area facing a full size pool. The spacious 3 bedroom home is centrally located near Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne and is on a historic tree lined road.

Easy access to Matheson Hammock Park and Fairchild Tropical Gardens. Activities such as sailing, kayaking, parasailing, bicycling, nature walks are all within a short driving distance. Walking distance to Merrie Park. You are within a 10 to 15 minute drive to the Biltmore Golf course, University of Miami and Tennis Park and Key Biscayne Beaches. South Miami Beach is approximately 25 minutes away. Shopping at Merrick Park, Miracle Mile and Dadeland Mall are also within a few minutes drive.

Perfect House for Parents of the Bride!

We stayed in this house for the days leading up to and after our daughter's wedding in Coral Gables. The house was perfect for our needs, as we have 2 other daughters and a son-in-law. The location is ideal, very close to downtown Coral Gables, as well as Coconut Grove. The house is much better than advertised with the photos, with a nice open backyard & pool. Rosa, the owner, was very accomodating & helpful. I would definitely recommend this house to friends.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers
