Our Rental Agreement: MT HOOD HIDEAWAYS -- RENTAL AGREEMENT Reservations can be cancelled up to 60 days (120 days for Christmas Season) before date of arrival with full refund. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged. There is no cancellation within 60 days (120 days for Christmas Season) of date of arrival and no monies will be refunded unless we are able to book the days with another guest. A $200 deposit will be required to hold reservations made more than 60 days before arrival. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. -- check-out is at 11:00 a.m. There is no refund due to inclement weather conditions, lack of snow, too much snow, or other weather-related conditions. For short periods of time, weather may cause an interruption in electrical service. There is no refund for weather-related interruption of electrical service. Pets are not allowed at the cabin. If a guest brings a pet to the cabin it will result in immediate eviction without refund. There is no smoking in the cabin. We do not provide firewood.

Loved this place. So many 100+ year old trees and a hot tub to sit in to enjoy them. Lots to do. Wonderful place.

Peace & Quiet

Myself and my wife had never been to this area before. What a lovely spot. We really enjoyed the amenities of the house especially the hot tub and sauna. We ate off the BBQ half the time and spent lots of time on the 2 decks just taking in the beauty and the peace and quiet.

What A Great Secret This Is!

Secret Hideaway was just what its name implies.... secluded, quiet, peaceful. We loved the wonderful atmosphere. The cabin was full of lovely antique furnishings... the retro kitchen a charming place to prepare family meals (with a great view out the windows, of course).

Played in the snow, watched the stars, relaxed in the hot tub, refreshed in the sauna. We were pleasantly surprised by all of the fine restaurants and charming shops very near the cabin. Especially enjoyed eating at the Zig Zag Store (Yes, it’s a restaurant, too, with great home-made food!) A great time was had by all!

Relaxed and refreshed is how we drove away from this lovely woodland fantasy... but we’ll be back!
