Cobb Vista offers 2 RENTAL OPTIONS: OPTION #1 is to rent the entire house which consists of 6 bedrooms, 4,750 sq ft (includes a one bedroom lockoff apt with full kitchen - connected to house), and sleeps 8-14, starting at $700/night. OPTION #2 is to rent the main house which consists of 5 bedrooms, 3,500 sq ft (does not include lockoff apt), which sleeps 8-10, starting at $600/night The rates are seasonal and vary depending on number of guests. Currently, Ski Season prices are as follows: 8-10 people = $600/nt, 10-12 people = $700/nt, and 12-14 people = $800. Cobb Vista is nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac in the beautiful Peak 7 neighborhood, with unobstructed 180 degree views. The unique layout of Cobb Vista, with four distinct bedroom and living areas, is perfect for family reunions, wedding parties, extended families or groups of couples seeking their own privacy while sharing the spaciousness of 4,750 square feet of roomy mountain luxury.

This was the perfect vacation home. Not only was it spotless but it's even lovelier than the pictures. We traveled with our family of four, 2 sisters in law and my 84 year old mother in law. We wanted enough space for everyone to have their privacy and a easy floor plan for my mother in law ito get around in. This home has a main floor master suite with private bath that worked perfectly for her. The other master suite on the second floor is huge with a wonderful master bath. With 3 more bedrooms and a bath in the lower level there was enough room for everyone. We loved the open living, kitchen and dining area. Perfect for relaxing and sitting around the dining table to eat or just visit and play games. The large deck has beautiful views. A great place to sit in the sun and read a book. We were here in the summer but it was cool enough in the mornings that the heated floors were a toasty pleasure! It's a short 10 minute drive to town and close to the slopes. The owners were a joy to work with. It's obvious they take great pride in their home. We can't wait to return!
