Historic Laguna cottage, located in the heart of the 'village', 3 blocks from the beach, and walking distance to downtown. Consider this rental the 'Home exchange' without the exchange. Comletely remodeled in 2007 with all of the designer touches and luxury amenties. Perfect for entertaining & family holiday get-aways. The main cottage area (2100 sq. ft)has a large great room w/old rock wood burning fireplace, gourmet kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms and 1 & 1/4 baths, washer/dryer. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and daybed (twin)and a private loft sitting area that looks out to the great room. All of the decks are off the main area, with stairs down to the patio/fire pit. The downstairs studio bedroom with king size bed, full bath, living room and French doors out to the patio and private entrance. This is available for rent or the owner may occupy. The studio loft is 400 sq ft, has 2 twin beds (which can also be put together to make a king, couple chairs and TV/DVD
