Great Condo!

This condo has a great location, is comfortable and part of a well-maintained complex. Access to and from the complex as well as in and out of the condo was great -- the condo itself is on the 3rd floor of its building, but because of the layout from the parking lot, there are no stairs, which was a big plus for getting luggage in and out. The photos of the condo and the views from the condo are spot on, and while the beach photos are also realistic, do note that the unit is not right on the beach -- it's either a 30 minute walk (no short cut from the condo), or just a 3-4 minute drive (it's better to drive). It's an excellent beach, great for swimming and sunning. There are no beach amenities provided via the condo, however (no chairs, umbrellas, etc., though there are beach towels). And having a washer/dryer available in the unit was wonderful for maintaining a supply of fresh towels for ourselves.
Regarding the unit, the two bedrooms are very comfortable, with a/c units in each room; the two sofa beds mentioned in the description are as one would expect -- not comfortable for adults for sleeping! We used both as beds, but not folding them out -- one person per couch! Also, there is an a/c unit in the 'family room' which has one of the sofa beds, and while the three a/c units keep those three rooms comfortable, they don't really do much for the entire condo. Luckily the weather was not too terribly hot and we weren't spending much time in the condo during the day. There are a couple of ceiling fans which helped.
While the unit description lists all kinds of amenity supplies, there were none when we arrived (soaps, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.), so we bought our own (grocery store just five minutes up the street), but this will likely be taken care of in the future as we advised the owner of the problem. The kitchen was well supplied, though items like foil and/or plastic wrap, salt and pepper, some plastic wear, would be welcome additions for visitors.
Overall this was a lovely condo, suitable to our needs. We would likely stay again should we find ourselves in this particular area again. (Note about driving into the complex -- directions provided are very good, but once you turn off of PR2, make an immediate left and follow that road around and go straight at the basketball court -- this way you can avoid all the speed bumps that tend to scrape the bottom of your car no matter how slowly you go over them!)
