One of the best things about The Maple is that we had all of the plumbing replaced during our remodel 2 years ago. What this means is that our water pressure is great and your shower will never go cold...which is priceless in my book. Some of the other extra's that make us unique are: the Dish Network Cable including all of the movie channels (HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Encore etc). High efficiency front load washers and dryers are conveniently located right outside the back door of each apartment. Not only are these free to use we supply you with detergent and dryer sheets. The kitchens are stocked with complimentary coffee, salt and pepper, dish soap and a roll of paper towels. In the bathroom you will find fluffy white towels, a new bar of soap and a hair dryer. We've had over 500 guests since we opened 2 years ago and the only complaints we've had are that we are booked the extra nights they wanted to stay.
