This single family home is located within the lovely gated community of Glen Eagles Golf and Country Club. It has one queen size bed in the Master suite with it own fully equipped bathroom. The second bedroom is fitted out with two twin beds. The second bathroom has one basin, toilet and combined bath with shower. The den has a queen size sleeper. there is also a sleeper in the lounge. The enclosed lanai has gas grill and table and chairs. Glen Eagles has a 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool,clubhouse and fitness center. Close to old downtown Naples and beach ares, Fine restaurants and shopping throughout Naples.

  • Golf transfer for two players is available for transfer fee of $150-00, to be paid on returning signed lease agreement.
    A refundable $500 security deposit is required. 50% of the rent is due upon confirmed booking and on return of signed lease agreement, with the balance being due 30 days before arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required on confirmation of booking.
