This appartment has everything you need for a comfortable holiday (furniture/kitchen stuff), it´s very close to Broadway, Times Square, Subway and to many other NYC attractions - just central.
The contact to the office was very friendly and they were helpful.
I enjoyed staying at this appartment and would rent it again.

We had a fantastic trip to NYC in October and this apartment was perfect for us. It was in a great location- just 2 blocks from Times Square- which made a lot of the toursit spots very easily accessible on foot. There were also tonnes of good restaurants and bars very close by and we felt perfectly safe walking to and from the apartment- day or night.
The apartment was also nicely decorated and furnished and was extremely good value.
We were very happy with the service from Metroflats who kept in regular contact with me prior to our trip and would definitely use them again if we return, which I really hope we do!

Georgous little studio to call home!

My wife and I satayed in this apartment during our honeymoon in June 2009. The property description was accurate and we were not dissapointed. We were there for 2 weeks, everything was very clean and odourless(cleaner than most hotels I've stayed at). We checked in at 7pm, the staff at MetroFlats were very flexible on the check in time.The studio appears to have recently been rennovated, with a kitchen that has all the bits and peices you could want. There was a plasma tv, timewarner cable and free wireless internet! The neighbourhood was very safe and just minutes walk to timesquare, restauraunt row and subway.

We would definately recommend this to anybody considering staying in Midtown. Top location, thanks guys.

I'm so glad I chose to stay at this unit! It was the perfect location I was looking for. My family and I had a great time.

The services from the company renting this place was great. We accidently got lost (first timers in NYC) and it was like 1:30 AM, I called them and they helped me get back to the unit. They stayed on the phone until I stepped inside the studio.

I'm definately going to come back!
