Relaxed elegance steps away from the water directly on the sand on exclusive Sunset beach! 3 bedrooms with 1 king and 2 queen beds, plus queen sleeper in beachfront loft, accommodate 8 guests beautifully. Two of the bedrooms are separated by a loft. Swim in the pool, have lunch or dinner beachside on the picnic table, enjoy the waterfront pool table room or cook up a romantic gourmet meal in the large and lovely kitchen featuring granite counters and new stainless appliances. Walk to restaurants, parks and entertainment, but make sure you are back for the spectacular sunsets! The townhome was recently remodeled with granite counter tops, etc., and is furnished with all of the conveniences of home, including garage and laundry. It is one of only two townhomes.

The owner, Philip M. Shasteen, is married to M. Lisa Shasteen, Licensed Real Estate Broker. This is our home and we are so happy to share it with you! Check with us for monthly rentals. We just got home from this wonderful beach house and already we are thinking about next year! We all loved Treasure Island and the location on the beach is just amazing. Everything in the house was perfect and there was nothing that we needed that you didn't have. We really couldn't have asked for anything better.

We really appreciated the welcoming flowers and bottle of wine. We saved the wine to toast our last night in Treasure Island. Thank you for sharing your home and making this transaction so seamless and easy.

What a WONDERFUL stay! My three girlfriends and I take a week every year to get together, and found this home on the Web. It turns out that I know the owners very well, and we had the most relaxing, private, leasurely vacation we've ever had. There is plenty of room to gather, but enough room to get away from each other for privacy. The beach, the pool, and the home are all gorgeous, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. Problem is...we didn't want to leave the house, and almost didn't at all. It was wonderful. Thanks, Phil and Lisa, for making our stay so wonderful.

What a great vacation. We stayed in July with our 3 sons (10,7,4) and my parents. There was plenty of room for all of us. Thank you for providing such an array of beach toys and necessities for your guests. The kitchen was also well stocked with everything we needed. Everyone agreed that we want to come back again!

If you are looking for the perfect family vacation, you can stop here. This place had what everyone in our family (ages 58 to 3) was looking for. Only thing I would add is a bell on the deck to be able to announce the awsome sunsets.Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!
