This lovely spacious year round home is located in the heart of NY Wine country and is 3 miles from the NY Wine & Culinary Center. This property is about 1 mile from the CMAC performing arts center, so there is no lack of good entertainment in the summer. The house is very spacious with 4 bedrooms (3 upstairs, one on the first floor). The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and one of the upstairs bedrooms has a queen bed. One of the other upstairs rooms has two twin beds, and the other one has bunk beds. The downstairs living quarters consist of a great room with large picture window overlooking beautiful Canandaigua Lake. There is a gas fireplace in the great room and a fully furnished Kitchen off the great room. A den with pull out sofa is also off the great room. Access to the house from a covered walkway with no steps from the parking area make it ideal for people with mobility issues. The downstairs master bedroom is directly accross the hall from the downstairs bathroom.
