Situated at the quiet north end of Anna Maria Island. Removed from the condos, hotels, and crowds. We are one short block from sunrises on the bay, and the historic Rod and Reel Pier. Two short blocks to sunsets on the gulf, and the pristine beach of Bean Point-the perfect place for shelling, strolling, fishing, boating or just a quiet time. This 2 bedroom, one bath, duplex sleeps six, and has ample living space with screened in porch, and large private fenced in yard with heated pool. Our patio is perfect for entertaining, outdoor barbeque's, and family relaxation.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage is clean, the bed in the master is very comfortable, the pool is a huge plus! The beach chairs and tubes and rafts came in handy. We rode our bikes every day, went to rod and reel pier, bayfront park, rotten ralphs, sand bar, st armands circle, ringling museum, and PUBLIX alot! The owner was easy to deal with and answered all my emails fast. We had a problem with a broken shower head in the bathroom but the property manager is a phone call away. They brought us a new one that evening.

I really enjoyed my stay!! The pool was wonderful and the house has a great location, walking distance to both beaches and Rod n Reel Pier. The description provided was accurate and the owner was very accommodating. It was a clean property and I would recommend it to a friend! Anna Maria is perfect for a getaway. A short drive to Tampa and Sarasota and plenty to do on the south end of the island. But no noise that accompanies big tourist attractions as it is tucked away!! Perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach!!
