Fabulous 2 bedroom resort condo professionally decorated in Old Town Scottsdale close to everything. This Scottsdale rental comes complete with all amenities and furnishings to provide a true luxury stay for your vacation. The open living room has spectacular views of the properties putting green and fountains. Furnished with a large leather sectional sofa and a separate sofa/futon that folds into an optional third queen bed will allow a total of 6 guests comfortably. Both bedrooms contain queen beds that will provide all guests a comfortable nights sleep. The master suite also has a TV hung from the ceiling and a large master bath. Guests will truly enjoy the contemporary design throughout. The private balcony is filled with vegetation and seating for a relaxing escape.

This truly is a Luxury Scottsdale Rental for cheaper than a typical hotel.

We had a great stay here. The property is in a great location and the condos are gorgeous. The only gripe I have is that this condo is not baby friendly. Our son crawled around the entire condo and some spots had not been cleaned very well so it showed on his little black feet. The owners were great to work with and very accommodating. I can't even begin to point out all the benefits this condo has over a hotel. We loved it and our experience with Latitude 8 was great too. We will definitely use the service again in the future.

Great Condo, Great Location!

This is a clean, well equipped and comfortable condo in a really convenient location for downtown Scottsdale. It is a 5 minute walk into Fashion Square mall with hundreds of shops and spending opportunities - not sure if this is a good or bad thing! Beyond the mall are plenty of bars and restaurants, including some new ones opening up around the waterfront area, we particularly liked the Olive & Ivy for food. Straight through the food court in the mall is the Yard House, where happy hour from 3 until 6 gives good value for appetizers and drinks. You can get to most of the top golf courses in the area within a 30 minute drive of the condo, The Boulders and Troon North would be my recommendations, both for an interesting challenge and also some fantastic views. There are 2 courses at both so there's plenty of golf to be played!
I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a downtown location with all the modern conveniences.

From start to finish our vacation was perfect! The people from Latitude 8 Vacation Rentals were professional and efficient. They communicate with you every step of the way.
The owner was there to meet us and available by phone if needed. Ahead of time they send pages of restaurants,activities and ammenities which helped us to plan our stay.
The place is immaculate and in a great location. We especially enjoyed the pools and the gym.

As advertised. Well appointed and spacious. Excellent location within walking distance of Scottsdale Fashion Square and at a stretch old town. The condo is located in a mainly residential complex but the people were friendly. Basketball court and fitness centre were a real bonus. Really enjoyed our time.
