Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• 3 day weekends minimum 3 nights
• Holidays $600 per night minimum 3 nights
  Independence week $4500 for the whole week.
  Christmas $700 per night 5 night minimum $ 4200 for the week
  New Years $800 per night 7 night minimum $5200 for the week
  A security deposit of $800 should be included with the balance . After your stay, an inspection of the house will be made. Any damage, except normal wear and tear, will be deducted from the security deposit. The security deposit is returned after this inspection ( 7 days after your departure) and keys are returned to owner. If keys are lost, a house re-key charge will be deducted from the security deposit.
  
  A deposit of 50% of the rent will hold the reservation. Balance including security deposit and cleaning should be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
• Local calls are free, but all long distance calls must be charged to a telephone credit card or major credit card. Phone line access is available at the built-in desk adjacent to the kitchen and downstairs in the family room.
