Living room opens also to terrace, dining table seats12, nice kitchen with table for 8. Downstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 with king size bed, the other with 2 twin beds, TV area with big screen TV, fireplace, game table, hockey table, wet bar, jacuzzi, sauna, laundry room with washer and dryer. Beautiful views.

Additional information about rental rates

  • 3 day weekends minimum 3 nights
  • Holidays $600 per night minimum 3 nights
    Independence week $4900 for the whole week.
    Christmas $700 per night 5 night minimum $ 4500 for the week
    New Years $800 per night 7 night minimum $5200 for the week
    Refundable $800 deposit required. After your stay, an inspection of the house will be made. Any damage, except normal wear and tear, will be deducted from the security deposit. The security deposit is returned after this inspection and keys are returned to owner. If keys are lost, a house re-key charge will be deducted from the security deposit.
  • Local calls are free, but all long distance calls must be charged to a telephone credit card or major credit card. Phone line access is available at the built-in desk adjacent to the kitchen and downstairs in the family room.
