The newly redecorated living room comfortably seats 8 to relax or watch TV. There is also a Dining room with comfortable seating for 6 & an eat-in island. The renovated kitchen is equipped with refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, garbage disposal and dishwasher. The apartment spans the width of the building and includes 2 balconies which can be accessed from the den, living room & master bedroom, with city & ocean views.
