Additional information about rental rates

  • A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to hold a reservation and must be received within 10 days of reservation. Balance of rental must be received 30 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation the deposit is not refundable but will be credited to a future rental at a date convenient to both parties according to availability. A security deposit of $800/week USD for long distance charges and damages must be included with the balance deposit. All or a portion of the security deposit will be returned 15 days after departure.
