This Luxury Orlando villa in Cumbrian Lakes meets the needs of everyone... For the less mobile there are 2 bedrooms downstairs with a shared bathroom and also a separate WC. Upstairs is s stunning master bedroom and bathroom with balcony overlooking the lake with TV and two further bedrooms and bathroom. Also upstairs there is a computer area for you to check your emails or catch up on some work. All bathrooms are complete with hairdryers and straighteners and linen and towels are provided. There are separate pool towels for you to use and take with you to the water parks or beach. As you will see from the photographs we have catered for everyone with Disney themed rooms for the children and a games room which will suit everyone's needs. The pool is south facing and overlooks the lake. We have provided some luxury poolside furniture for your enjoyment and even a Barbecue for al fresco dining!

A security deposit of £200/$306 is due along with the final balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company. Cumbrian Lakes Gated Community: Cumbrian Lakes is a beautiful well maintained community just off the 192 . It hosts many birds on its 4 lakes and has a lovely situated child's play area with football nets for those who like to have a game on a Sunday morning. It is a small community and is fortunate enough to have a good board of directors who make sure everything is well kept and maintained to a very high standard. There are walkways around Cumbrian Lakes where you can take a stroll and may even see a turtle or fish jumping from one of the lakes. You can fish the lakes if you have a licience where you can purchase from Walmart. Our kids love fishing the lakes and usually have a few birds following them for their bate.

Out and About: Close by there are Restaurants galore from traditional Steak house to Pizza Hut but I must recommend Longhorn for your steak and Perkins for a desert to take home!! The famous Walmart is close by and you can but fishing rods and a license to fish in the lakes. Disney World is approx 12 minutes away with Universal approx 20 minutes away and both are worth the trip. Tampa Bay is approx an hour and half but is lovely and you might even see a dolphin. International Drive is about 15 minutes away and you will fine 2 water parks there and more entertainment and shopping. There are loads of shopping malls to visit and all within driving distance. In the villa you will find information on nights out with the family and eateries guests have tried and tested for you. There are a number of golf courses nearby and horse riding just minutes away.
