The architect-designed townhouse was recently renovated and includes all new kitchen appliances as well as Italian tile bathrooms and upgraded features. You will enjoy the professionally landscaped gardens complementing the private patio and deck areas downstairs. Close to downtown, you will have easy access to all the delights of Auckland City but will enjoy the peaceful, secure atmosphere of this stunning location. Great location - the first view of the bay going down the hill confirmed we were in paradise. Overall layout of condo was very nice. Appliances were excellent and owner left great directions book for their use. The local contact was helpful. Definitely would recommend.

Owner also rented car which was also very useful.
