This historic craftsman house sits on one of the best beaches in Santa Cruz, Seabright Beach. The classic and stylish house provides deluxe atmosphere unmatched by most other vacation rentals. Built in 1928, the 2-story house sits on a corner lot with 3000 square feet of living space. The house has a detached 2-car garage, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen with white carrera marble counter tops and stainless steel appliances, hot tub, basement with pool/ping pong table, 63' HDTV with DirectTV, large living room and dining room with expansive beach views. Master bedroom on second floor has an incredible view of the beach and pier. Kids room has 2 twin bunk beds with stairs that lead up to an attic where they can hang out and watch the waves at pleasure point or slide down the fire pole! You are just a few steps from the beach and a few minutes by foot from the Santa Cruz boardwalk and pier.
