We are only steps from famous Seven Seas Beach, Fajardo. Our neighborhood is a private 18 deluxe-villa perpendicular to the beach, water sports, snorkeling, scuba are available by your self or in private tours.Also we have native restaurants around the area with a taste to everybody. A spectacular Natural Reserve is across the villa also, where you can enjoy a private english tour( a reservation is required). A night kayak tour is the one you can't miss it. For night life you can go to different bars or enjoy the Conquistador Resort night life this is only less than one mile from the villa. Staying on the villa you can made arragments to enjoy the one day islands trip private tours , for example to Culebra, Vieques, Palomino or Icacos. Finally your in a relax ambiance , closer to everything.... ,15 min. to horse riding hacienda,20 minutes to El Yunque Rain Forest, 45 minutes to San Juan, closer to stores like Walmart, fast foods or The Outles.

Additional information about rental rates

  • * $45 Administration one-time fee added to all rentals, Weekly rates are based on 7 days/6 nights
  • * Renters must be 25 years or older-identity verification and proof of age (copy of government-issued ID such as passport or driver's license) is required.
    * Reservation Deposit - After receiving your notice of intent to rent (via email or fax), your reservation will go on a 72 hour courtesy hold while we receive your reservation deposit payment ($400). The property will only be booked and confirmed after receipt of reservation deposit plus signed rental contract.
    *Security Deposit: Rentals under 1 month: $300; 1 month or more: One month's rent. Security deposit is due in full 60 days prior to arrival. This security deposit portion is NOT applied toward rent, however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provide no damage was found and all provisions are met.
    *Cancellation Policy: up to 60 days prior arrival date - full refund less $200 handling charge , no refunds of either reservation or security deposit if canceling less than 60 days prior to arrival.
  • *Rental is due in full upon 60 days before arrival, except for monthly rentals, where 1st month will be due upon arrival and additional months will be automatically charged one week prior to end of monthly term. We accept cash, certified check, wire transfer, and money orders issued by the US Postal Service. Credit cards and payments from your bank account are accepted via Paypal. Personal checks are not accepted. *Cleaning charge: $80, optional maid service =$80/visit. *Pets are allowed for rentals 1 week or more, or +$10/night for rentals under 1 week. *Check-in and check-out times flexible - subject to change depending upon availability * Until confirmed, all rates and conditions are subject to change. Any missing beach and bath towel is going to be charge $25, at the beginning of the stay is going to be an inventory.

This property is a great one for family. It is only foot steps to the beach,we arrived during festival time and had a blast. It's minutes away from San Juan and all major road. The Amigos supermarket and other shops are just a short drive away. The space is amble and the pictures do it no justice. The owners are good people and you even get to use their Kayak's for those who enjoy that sport. There are places to eat in and around the area. A must do... would rent this property again in a heart beat. Thanks, Lizzie

Our family of 9 stayed at the villa. We were really three separate families. My sister and her daughter, my son wife and 2 kids and me. I must say that the villa never felt crowded. Everyone had their own space. It is beautifully furnished and in a gated community. At times we were the only ones there.

Lizzie was very helpful with any questions we had, and always stayed in touch. The beach is beautiful and the water very clear. we had a great week there. I wish we coud have had more time.

I give my highest recommendation to Lizzie and her villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will definitely rent from them again. By the way, the deposit was refunded quickly.

Thank you Lizzie for letting us use your beautiful villa! We'll be back! Isabel

We had such a wonderful time at this Villa.Lizzie and Julio are wonderful people and very helpful.The location is great and is not a joke when they say it's just steps away from the water.The Villa it's beautiful, comfortable, private,clean and close to great shops and also big stores ,like walmart.My family and I will recommend it to anyone!!!

Awesome Beach Rental

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in Fajardo. Our only regret was that we didn't have more time to enjoy the area. The villa is beautiful, comfortably furnished, and the owners are very helpful and friendly in giving details of the area, things to do, and really went out of their way to assist us with our vacation. Seven Seas Beach is just a short walk away and there were several secluded strips of beach accessible via paths along the western edge. The beach was clean, with shaded areas and virtually empty during the week. We definitely hope to return at a future date!

Great Location and Wonderful Hosts

I have to give my highest recommendations to this wonderful rental in a very quiet area of Fajardo. This is a great spot if you don't want to be caught up in the frantic pace of the San Juan tourist scene.

The rental is a spacious and modern town-home or villa in a very small and comfortable community, just a minute walk to the Seven Seas beach area. We just finished a week long stay there with our four teenage kids. The unit has three large bedrooms with plenty of beds for all. The living room, dining room, and kitchen were all good-sized, too, and well-stocked with any necessary conveniences. The place also has a private back patio and a roof-top deck area that our kids often used for sleeping out.

It's an easy walk or drive from here to many attractions. The beach is a minute or two walk away. El Yunque rainforest is less than a half hour drive, and that park has many wonderful hikes and views. Kayaking in the bio-luminescent lagoon is just a 5 minute drive to the tour start. There are many wonderful restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk or within easy driving distance. There are also plenty of opportunities for scenic drives to many other areas of the island. Lastly, Fajardo is a great location for ferries to the islands.

On top of all of that, Lizzie and Julio are great hosts. They were very concerned that the place and location were all that we were seeking, and they drove us around the immediate area to show us where various attractions and amenities were located. Again, we heartily recommend this rental.
