In the 110 m2 house there is a large living room with a tiled fireplace and furniture set, a cozy dining room and a recently refurbished kitchen. Ski: It is approximately 40 m to the lifts and the baby lift. There are middle to difficult runs for both skiers and snow boarders. There is also skiing in St. Oswald, Turracher Hights or on the world cup run in Bad Kleinkirchheim. Crss-country, tobogganing and winter hiking is possible everywhere here. Guaranteed conditions from mid-December to mid-April.

Wir waren Anfang März für eine Woche in der Hütte. Bezüglich der Lage, Ausstattung wird im Online-Inserat nicht geflunkert. Wir haben eine gepflegte, saubere und wohnlich eingerichtete Hütte vorgefunden. Durch die ausführlichen Informationen des Vermieters - u. a. für die Anreise - ist alles optimal verlaufen. Die Betreuung durch den Verwalter war ebenfalls optimal (besonders der Tip für die Rückreiseroute). Wir haben bereits diese Hütte unseren Freunden weiter empfohlen. Für uns kann ich nur sagen: Immer wieder, dass war nicht das letzte mal.

Für Schiläufer: Kein Andrang an den Liften, gut präparierte Pisten, schöne Abfahrten. Gut ausgestattete Schischule, angenehme Schilehrer.

In den Almstuben gut bürgerliche Küche, herlichen Apfelstrudel, leckere Pizza. Uriges Lokal.

-freundlicher Empfang und gute Einweisung in die Abläufe des Hauses und der Gegend.
-saubere und der Beschreibung entsprechende Ausstattung.
- Brötchen im nahe gelegenen Hotel und auch Möglichkeiten des Abendessens in der Nähe.
-gute Wandermöglichkeiten und Aufstiegmöglichkeiten zum Berg, man sollte sich aber nicht also sehr auf die Wanderkarten verlassen, da vieles in Dschungel oder Sackgassen landet.
-Freizeitmöglichkeiten auch in den weiter unten gelegenen Dörfern und Städten.
-Auch im Sommer stille und kuschelige Zeiten möglich.

Immer wieder!!!

Wir haben in diesem Jahr bereits zum zweiten Mal (und sicher nicht zum letzten Mal) unseren Urlaub in der Leinetaler Hütte verbracht und waren beide Male begeistert!
Die Hütte ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und ist sauber und gepflegt.
Die Küche ist wirklich mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und auch sonst lässt die Ausstattung der Hütte keine Wünsche offen (von Gesellschaftsspielen bis zur Hundebürste ist alles vorhanden)
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und Verwalter war immer freundlich und Fragen wurden kurzfristig beantwortet.

Wir waren im Februar und im April am Falkert.
Die Umgebung ist im Winter ideal zum Skilaufen oder Rodeln (oder einfach nur zum Spazieren), im April ist die Landschaft wunderschön und man kann durch die Berge wandern. Der Urlaub ist also nicht (wie in vielen Foren berichtet) nur mit Kindern toll dort. Sicherlich haben diese aber großen Spaß am Falkert und sind (wenn gewollt) den ganzen Tag beschäftigt.
Für Unterhaltung ist in den umliegenden Hütten gesorgt. Tipp: Wer einmal einen richtig urigen, lustigen Hüttenabend erleben möchte, sollte Donnerstags in die Almstubn gehen.
Fazit: Wir kommen wieder!!! Bestimmt!!!

EIN HAUS ZUM VERLIEBEN

Wir haben leider nur eine Woche 31.01. bis 07.02.2009 in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht, ein Haus der gehobenen Klasse. Es ist ein sehr gemütliches, schönes Haus mit Sauna, mit Liebe zum Detail, sauber und gepflegt, daß keine Wünsche offen läßt. Die Küche überkomplett ausgestattet, der Kamin traumhaft, alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir kommen sicher wieder. Auch ist die Betreuung vor Ort sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Haben das Domizil schon an Freude weiterempfohlen.

Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus in dem man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Idealer ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Wir waren 2 Familien und hatten reichlich platz. Super sind auch die 2 Bäder. Super Ausstattung, alles da was man zu einem gemütlichen Urlaub so braucht. Würd ich jederzeit gerne wieder buchen.
