The Property is located on the corner of two dead end streets in the heart of San Diego’s South Park village center. The home has vaulted ceilings and beautiful wood floors in the living room. Great for a couple or a small family. The second bedroom can be used as an office or a bedroom. The kitchen is brand new with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The whole house has vaulted ceilings giving this small bungalow a much larger feel. The house is equipped with an HD Flat-screen TV, cable and high-speed internet service. A Gardener is included and all the dishes and linens needed for a comfortable stay whether you are working or simply relaxing before heading out to another great attraction in America’s finest city.

Welcome to South Park! This is a quaint little village area close to everything in the heart of San Diego! You are just a few minutes from Balboa park, the San Diego Zoo and Down Town’s Gas-lamp district & Petco Park. This is the perfect spot for the urbanite looking to experience the San Diego culture in a unique neighborhood village. You are also only a short drive to Coronado or any of the many San Diego area beaches! This urban cottage sits on a great property with retro brick pillars & forest green iron fencing. “Great for dogs and kids”. The South Park Village area is a 10 minute walk from the property and is bustling with some of the city's finest restaurants and coffee shops. Balboa golf course is also a 10 minute walk as is a great little dog park. Balboa Naval Hospital is a six minute drive. Please note this home is available on a per month basis only.
