If you're looking for a beautiful home in the perfect Key West location, this is it! Our group of eight friends just returned from a week's stay. We all were just thrilled with this charming home and all the amenties that made it truly perfect. The owners have thought of everything! The home itself is beautiful, and it is furnished with all you will need to make your stay so enjoyable and relaxing. We loved hanging out at the private pool and also really enjoyed walking through the beautiful neighborhood in the Truman Annex. It is where you want to be in Key West. It's an awesome retreat from the wild & crazy (and fun!!) Duval Street, just a few blocks away. We went there practically everyday and had great fun with all the beachy bars and restaurants.We also walked to the beach a few times, maybe a half mile away & also just beautiful! It was such fun to be able to walk everywhere we went, no need for a car at all. We rented an electric car one day just to bebop around town, but you can see so much just walking from the location of this property. Hope you can tell we loved it, and are hoping to return sometime!! I highly recommend this property.

Very nice property and great location

My family and I and stayed at this property for six nights in late March - early April, 2009. We found the home to very nice and well equipped with all the items needed to enjoy a great vacation (e.g dishes, pool floats, gas grill, etc.). The owners were very nice and easy to deal with. They provided a very helpful information packet shortly after we booked the property. The property is within easy walking distance of Duval (about 2 blocks away), Mallory Square, the Hemingway house, the Little White House, as well as most other Key West attractions. In other words, you will be fine if you don't have a car or other transportation. The neighborhood in which the home is located is very nice and secure.

Wonderful property!

My wife, 2 young sons and I spent a wonderful week at this property, relaxing in the private pool, strolling out the back gate onto Duval Street and Mallory Square or biking over to Fort Zac. We've been to Key West dozens of times and have found this property - and this location - to be one of the best places we've rented. The house is super-clean and elegant inside and, at night, if you want quiet family time, you are comfortably tucked away in the sanctuary of the Truman Annex. We also appreciated the space available to store rented bicycles under cover in the yard. A superb experience for a young family! Thank you!

Fantastic Property

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful property in Jan 08 with our best friends. (2 couples) Everything about it was great. The rooms were spacious,spotless and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was completely stocked with anything you needed. The thing I liked most was the wonderful pool, the privacy and the great location in relation to everything. You could get downtown by walking about 5 minutes and you were on Duval St. Since it is a gated community security was excellent. Hope you all enjoy it as much as we did.

Fantastic! Immaculately kept home and this is coming from a person who doesn't like to put her feet on a hotel room floor.
The location was truly perfect, only one short block walking to Duval Street and everything. We felt very safe in the gated Truman Annex complex and could retreat from all the hustle and bustle. The private swimming pool was a huge plus - we practically ate all our meals outside. Car was not necessary even though there was covered parking.
We relaxed the moment we stepped outside.
