Eh... watch out

It's a nicely appointed house, but "3 bedrooms" is not true. One bed is in the open living room, one bed is in the entrance way, and the third "bed" is a futon in a pass-through room which the people in the second bedroom would have to go through to get to anywhere else in the house. Sleeping 6 would be if you are VERY close friends...


Also, it took a month to get my deposit back.

They initially mailed a check without saying that is what they would do or asking where it should go, so it went to the wrong address. (Jeez, it's 2012, the USPS is probably the least reliable and secure way to send money...)

They then deducted $35 dollars for a stop payment on that first check.

Generally, seem slightly unscrupulous and pretty disinterested in customer satisfaction.
