Downstairs there are two bedrooms, a full bath, a game room, and a laundry room. Bedrooms - double/full size memory foam mattress, large closet. Game room - comfortable full size sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD, a Wii, toy chest. Bathroom - shower/tub combined, granite counter tops, hair dryer. Laundry room - washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, beach chairs, towels, beach bags, sand/water toys, boogie boards, tennis rackets, tennis balls.

Upstairs is the living room, kitchen, dining room, half bath, master bedroom and master bath. Master bedroom - queen size memory foam mattress, large walk-in closet, flat screen plasma TV. Master bathroom - shower, large jacuzzi tub, water softener, granite counter tops, hair dryer. Kitchen - fully equipped, full-size appliances, water purifier, granite counter tops. Living room - flat screen plasma TV, satellite, DVD, DVD collection, books, board games, Internet access.

Two balconies and a rooftop deck - natural gas BBQ, heater & seating.

Just Beautiful

We were very happy with this home. The floor plan is a little different, but makes the home feel larger than it is.
We had 8 people in the home the first night. The home has three levels, so there is lots of space
It is decorated very nice, and the beds are wonderfull!!!!

This is a really nice home, and I would recommend this home to my friends!!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

Very Nice

Place was very nice. Owner was great to deal with. Only complaint was the TVs. The TV in the living room is wired to the TV in the master bedroom. Whatever channel is showing on the TV in the living room displays on the master bedroom TV. You can't watch separate channels. There is only one other TV downstairs that can be used to watch something different. The other 2 bedrooms don't have TVs.

The perfect place for our wedding weekend

Home was clean,nicely decorated and well stocked. The property had everything we needed, even beach toys for our twin 2 year old grandsons! The owners are great, we needed to stay an extra night and the house was available, they were extremly accomodating. They answered all our questions and called or emailed back promptly. The photo's and listing reflect the property. I would reccomend this property and actually some of the folks in our party are interested in renting the house. The rooftop area is perfect for watching the morning sunrise or beautiful ocean view sunset!

My parties and I had a great time in this lovely home. This is one of the best place I've stayed at for the price. The home was very clean and well-maintained. Had all the supplies we needed to cook, clean, and wash. This home was very cozy yet spacious. Great location because of the nearby convenient stores, about 2-5 minutes driving. Also, GREAT location to stay if you want an adventure to do outdoor activities; ATV, hiking, beach, etc. Description of this place is 100% accurate. This home gave us great memories and I will definitely come back someday.

Excellent Home - Exactly As Described

Had a wonderful weekend in this lovely home. The owner has painstakingly taken care of our needs during our stay. The home is very well maintained, tastefully decorated, and well stocked with supplies. Grover Beach is within 5 minutes' drive where ample parking space is available. The neighborhood itself may be a little run down but very convenient - close to the freeway, beach, shopping area and restaurants.

We all would like to go back and stay there again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
