Boutique Condo on the World's Most Beautiful Beach as rated by Travel Channel. This immaculate & tastefully decorated condo is 1250 sq feet & consists of 2 BR and 2 BA. Master bedroom has a King bed, TV/DVD, huge walk-in closet & its own renovated bathroom with glassed in shower; 2nd bedroom has 2 new double beds, a TV/DVD, a huge walk-in closet along with its own newly renovated bathroom. The newly redecorated living room comfortably seats 6 to relax or watch TV. There is also a dining room with comfortable seating for 6 & an eat-in island. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, garbage disposal and dishwasher. The apartment spans the width of the building and includes a balcony which can be accessed from the living room & master bedroom, with partial ocean views. El Presidente is located on the best part on Crescent Beach, located on Siesta Key Beach. You are within walking distance of everything - shopping, restaurants, boat rentals, post office. The Travel Channel #2 beach is your backyard. The unit has everything you need for a comfortable relaxing vacation in paradise. Enjoy the sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico, as well as the pure white powder sand beach. This is a second floor unit. Assigned parking spot is right next to elevators. The beach is just outside your front door. On your way, stop off at the beautiful private, large swimming pool, surrounded by palm trees. You never have to leave if you don't want to!
