This gracious 3/3 Hideaway is in Virginia Highland, Atlanta's premier pedestrian neighborhood of 1920's bungalows which boasts unique shopping and dining in a carbon neutral zone just 2 miles northeast of Downtown.This urban cottage offers beautiful antiques, fine linens, and Oriental rugs. It is not suitable for children.

The Craftsman bungalow with it's traditional layout was restored by Atlanta architects Menifee and Winer in 1995. It has ample closets, free wi-fi, cable, HDTVs with DVD, central heat and air, washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas oven. The rear balcony overlooks a tranquil shade garden with labyrinth and tea house while the screened front porch with hammock and dinning area faces a sunny perennial garden. It rents for $279 per night with a 2 night minimum stay.

Stock up at Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. Walk to Piedmont Park and the Atlanta Botanical Garden.Take MARTA to The Georgia Aquarium, GWCC, the Americasmart. 3 miles to Emory, Ga Tech.

Best of Summer vacations

The summer could not have been better. Excellent apartment, everything was sparking, the rooms were cozy and the environment very quiet. It was indeed "home away from home" for my family.
Thanks Adele for allowing us to make use of the Gateaway apartment. This is the best self catering we have stayed in travelling around UK and US.

Perfect fit for gathering of friends

We stayed here about a month ago and found it very comfortable for ongoing groups of friends and family to visit. Bedrooms and baths very clean. Parking and traffic can be tricky.

Charming Cottage

Charming, warm and comfortable bungalow. My family and I rented the 3 bedroom/3bath cottage for labor day weekend. Location is ideal! Convenient to Piedmont Park, Restaurants and entertainment.
